I was recently commissioned by Hardee, Hunt and Williams to photograph an incredible estate home at 6226 Richard Bradley Dr., which is being marketed by their company. This craftsman style home is situated in its own fenced, park like setting and is close to Wrightsville Beach. It has remarkable wood work throughout and will be a coveted property for that discerning buyer. It was the second time I got to work with Barb Wall who is a talented designer and stager. Barb is owner of  J-O-A-T and has a great eye for color and detail. She staged this home and as always, was a pleasure to work along side and to have her input. This beautiful home is representative of the quality of homes that are marketed by Hardee, Hunt and Williams.

Below are a few of the photos from the days shoot:

As a NC Real Estate and Interiors photographer I sometimes get the opportunity to spend time in some magnificent homes. I had the opportunity to do just that when I photographed “Tuscany”,the home of artist J. Chris Wilson and his wife Kathy for the August issue of Salt Magazine. The home is a fine  6000 sf Antebellum structure built in 1854, designed by James F. Post and restored by Chris and Kathy.

Now, I’m not going to go into the details of the home. You can read the wonderful article by Salt Magazines talented Senior Editor, Ashley Wahl, by picking up a copy at newsstands throughout Wilmington. If you can’t get to one of the locations, then you can read it online by clicking here.  I just want to share moments of the time I spent in “Tuscany”. This shoot was really special, because not only did I get to meet Chris and Kathy and record the Antebellum splendor that is their home, but Kathy, an amazing talent in the kitchen, treated this photographer to a wonderful lunch. It really was a memorable “Day in Tuscany”. Enjoy the images.

I’ve had a busy week working for Karen Schwartz, broker with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty. This home is in the Waterford subdivision in Brunswick County, just over the Cape Fear River from downtown Wilmington. It is a well appointed home on a canal. You may contact Karen through her web site or follow @agentkaren on Twitter. You may see other photos on the tour link created for 1016 Ginger Lily Way. Here are a few photos from the shoot.

This is another home featured by Karen Schwartz, broker with Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Realty. It is a pleasure to work with Karen. She is a marketing savvy agent who understands the value of hiring a professional photographer to showcase her listings and really provides her clients with the dedication and aggressiveness it takes to sell homes in the current market environment. You can learn more about Karen at her Living by the Coast web site or by following @agentkaren on Twitter. The following photos are some choices from the days shoot. See the virtual tour I created for 1004 Sierra Ct.  If you are looking for a home in the Wilmington/Brunswick County area, give Karen a shout.
