I recently had the pleasure of photographing a friend’s daughter, who was home from boarding school. She was excited about the session and we decided to go over to the New Hanover County Arboretum. It was a beautiful morning and MeHegan complemented the surrounding beauty. For you photogs out there, on many of the shots I used a small softbox for fill. I used a Nikon sb8oo fired with the Nikon PocketWizards MiniTT1 and FlexTT5. The light was controlled with an SU800 mounted on the MiniTT1 on a D700 and for the most part in manual at about 1/4 to 1/2 power. I was pleased with the performance of the PocketWizards and my subject! Thanks MeHegan, it was a blast!
